39 years old, working mom of 2, married 14 years. In 2007 I lost 55 pounds and also discovered that I love to run. I've regained some of my lost weight, so I'm on a mission to get it off! I'll soon be training for my first Marathon in Evansville on April 11, 2010. I've learned in the past two years that maintenance is not an easy beast to tame, but I'm in this fight to win it.

Weight Loss Stats & Diet/Exercise Info
In November 2005, I weighed around 235 pounds after the birth of my son. I started LA Weight Loss on February 16, 2007. My official starting weight was 207. I reached 155 in October 2007.
In September 2008, I started "Crack the Fat Loss Code." And I'm working toward my goal weight of 140ish. I'm 5'5''.
I started running in April of 2007, using the Couch to 5K program. Running is my primary form of exercise, and I love it.
