Weight update - 175.8

that's all.  just the weight today.  still on plan.  still feeling much better.

it will be very interesting to see how your PMS things change as your weight returns to normal/low level and your food continues to improve and your exercise becomes regular again. My husband noticed huge changes in me. And I have to be pleased and positive with that instead of feeling bad about how I used to be.
