Pushing to go faster and faster with each run grows unsatisfying and rarely produces results - in my opinion, you are doing the right thing and you will run the whole 5K, right after you push the slower people out of the way!wshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04030953897283161914noreply@blogger.com
