Sadly, because I'm afraid of eating too many things, I think I might starve to death on my provisions at the apartment. :-) But I do have plenty of water/drinks.

Enjoy your weather!Lori G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/02167055316077502640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27032973.post-52674688699744644352008-09-16T12:19:00.000-05:002008-09-16T12:19:00.000-05:00The melting--it's a lovely feeling, isn't it? She also has lots of stuffed animals to squeeze and tons of comfy pillows.

when I was losing - my freezing was totally a factor of exercise - if I exercised each day - my temperature stayed steady -
NO exercise and I was freezing all day. I guess it was something about circulation.

A word of caution - on the whole foods vs processed taste buds thing - just like an alcoholic that is right back where he was with the first drink - the cravings, WANTS (for me) kick right back in with the first junk.Vickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05452333714845476967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27032973.post-2487297271632980102008-09-15T20:16:00.000-05:002008-09-15T20:16:00.000-05:00that sounds so great! I want to melt. I love ...I am so excited for you. I want to melt. I love the feeling. But I also understand the lower energy. Glad it is coming back. When I am losing, I feel cold some of the time and I don't have as much energy but it picks back up. Great to see the 140's. I am looking forward to that, myself, hopefully soon.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06400492104098347769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27032973.post-8553612365081738842008-09-15T12:59:00.000-05:002008-09-15T12:59:00.000-05:00can you believe youre even saying that? the meltin...can you believe youre even saying that? the melting off? youve earned it.

and Ike?
