Swelling is almos...Knee is better but not 100% yet. Swelling is almost gone. I started using kiniesology tape (generic KT tape) on Friday. I've got it taped with full knee support and also back knee support (there are youtube videos showing how to tape parts of your body that need it). It's great stuff. <br /><br />My kneck and shoulder are better since I didn't work all weekend. We'll see how it does today. I laid on a towel everyday this weekend and will work to do so everynight I work. <br /><br />My cough is pretty much gone. I started using my albuterol inhaler b/c I have a dry cough, which is a sign my asthma is acting up. It helps a lot. Trees are starting to bloom and allergies are kicking in--my eyes have been watering, which is another sign. I use (generic) zaditor eye drops and (generic) zyrtec. So far Luke's allergies aren't bothering him, but I imagine it's only a matter of time before his start up again. I started giving him claritin a couple of weeks ago. Because you do not want a screwed up knee for the rest of our life. I agree that how you sit at desk makes a huge difference. How you sit in car too. <br /><br />You need to do the rolled up towel thing every day you are sitting at a desk or computer. make sure your head and neck are straight off your spine (so you might need to put something small under your head).
